NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. — In an exciting matchup on Thursday night, Adam Clark showcased an impressive performance with 32 points, guiding Merrimack to a narrow victory over Niagara with a score of 64-59.

Clark’s contribution extended beyond scoring, as he also secured seven rebounds and made six steals, making him a standout player for the Warriors, who now hold a record of 13 wins and 10 losses, along with a commendable 10-2 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

Sean Trumper added to the team’s effort by scoring 13 points, managing to make four of his nine attempts from the field and hitting five of seven from the charity stripe, although he struggled from beyond the arc. Bryan Etumnu chipped in with six points, going two for four in field goals.

On the opposing side, the Purple Eagles, who have a record of 8-14 and 3-8 in conference play, were led by Jhaylon Martinez, who recorded 13 points and gathered seven rebounds. Additionally, Josiah Davis made his mark by contributing 11 points, while Justice Smith rounded out the performance with six points, six rebounds, five assists, and two steals.
