FRESNO, Calif. — In a thrilling matchup on Tuesday night, San Jose State triumphed over Fresno State with a final score of 94-91, going into double overtime. Both Josh Uduje and Latrell Davis made significant contributions to the Spartans’ victory, each scoring 30 points in a remarkable performance.

Uduje also excelled on the boards, recording 11 rebounds for the Spartans (12-12, 5-7 Mountain West Conference). His teammate, Davis, added six rebounds and showcased his defensive skills with four steals. Donavan Yap made impactful plays as well, hitting 5 of 12 attempts from the field and scoring 13 points, including two 3-pointers from seven attempts.

For the Bulldogs (5-18, 1-11), Jalen Weaver was the standout performer, tallying 23 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Zaon Collins had a strong showing as well, finishing with 22 points, eight rebounds, and six assists paired with three steals. Brian Amuneke contributed significantly to the team’s offensive efforts, adding 19 points, seven rebounds, and four steals to the mix.

Looking ahead, both teams are scheduled to play again on Friday. San Jose State will travel to take on Boise State, while Fresno State will be at home facing Utah State.
