Reaves nets 24 points as Iona defeats Siena 72-68.

On Saturday, Iona emerged victorious against Siena, securing a 72-68 win thanks to a standout performance from Dejour Reaves, who netted 24 points.
Reaves was instrumental in the game, contributing not only with his scoring but also by grabbing six rebounds and making three steals for the Gaels, who now hold a record of 8-12 overall and 5-4 within the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

Luke Jungers also played a significant role, scoring 16 points with an efficient shooting performance, hitting 5 of 8 from the field, including 4 of 7 from three-point territory, and converting 2 of 3 free throws.
Adam Njie matched Jungers’ scoring output, finishing with 16 points as well, going 7 for 12 from the field and 1 for 3 from beyond the arc, in addition to contributing seven assists to his team.

On the opposing side, Brendan Coyle led the charge for the Siena Saints, scoring 22 points alongside six rebounds.
Gavin Doty also put forth a solid performance, adding 20 points and two steals, while Justice Shoats rounded out the scoring with 10 points, four assists, and three steals.

This victory adds another notch to Iona’s record, reflecting their competitive spirit as they navigate through the conference season.
