EL PASO, Texas — Jacksonville State secured a 73-66 win over UTEP on Thursday, with Michael Houge making a significant impact off the bench, contributing 20 points.
In addition to his scoring, Houge also pulled down seven rebounds, helping the Gamecocks improve their record to 12-7 overall and 4-2 within Conference USA. Other notable performances included Jaron Pierre Jr., who added 14 points along with five rebounds and six assists. Quel’Ron House also netted 14 points, making 4 of his 7 shots from the field and successfully converting 5 of 7 free throws.
