OWINGS MILLS, Md. — Zay Flowers, the wide receiver for the Baltimore Ravens, is currently categorized as doubtful for the upcoming playoff matchup against the Buffalo Bills due to a knee injury.
Flowers sustained the injury during the regular-season finale against the Cleveland Browns and subsequently missed last week’s playoff opening where the Ravens secured a 28-14 triumph over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
This week, Flowers did not participate in any practice activities, prompting coach John Harbaugh to remain cautiously optimistic about the player’s potential return for the game against Buffalo.
“I think there’s a chance he’ll be able to make it,” Harbaugh commented on Friday.
During the regular season, Flowers performed impressively, garnering Pro Bowl honors with 74 receptions totaling 1,059 yards and scoring four touchdowns.
As for the injury reports from both teams, no players were officially ruled out as of Friday. For the Ravens, receiver Deonte Harty is struggling with a knee issue and is considered questionable. On the other hand, the Bills have listed running back Ray Davis as questionable due to a concussion.
