– In an exciting matchup, Southeast Louisiana pulled off a narrow victory against UT Rio Grande Valley, winning 79-75 on Monday evening, with Jakevion Buckley playing a pivotal role.
Buckley showcased his skills, scoring a total of 25 points while also recording three steals, contributing significantly to the Lions’ performance.
Other notable players for the Lions included Jeremy Elyzee, who scored 16 points with an impressive 7-for-10 shooting from the field, and Sam Hines Jr., who added 14 points, making 6 of 13 attempts.
