HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — On Wednesday evening, Mikal Dawson delivered an impressive performance, scoring 18 points as the Marshall Thundering Herd secured an 82-53 victory over South Carolina State.

Dawson’s shooting was notable, as he hit 6 of 13 attempts from three-point range, contributing significantly to his team’s overall success. Obinna Anochili-Killen also played a crucial role in the win, adding 13 points to the scoreboard by making 4 of 8 shots, including 1 of 3 from long distance, and flawlessly converting all four of his free throw attempts.
