HOUSTON — Eastern Michigan secured a narrow 74-73 win over Houston Christian on Monday night, with Da’Sean Nelson contributing significantly by scoring 19 points. The decisive moment of the game came from Christian Henry, whose basket with just 45 seconds remaining marked the final points of the contest.

Nelson demonstrated his shooting precision by hitting 9 of 14 attempts from the floor, helping the Eagles improve their record to 4-2. Jalen Terry also played a crucial role, adding 18 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Furthermore, Jalin Billingsley showcased his efficiency by scoring 13 points on 6-of-7 shooting.
