CONWAY, S.C. — In an impressive display on Thursday night, Christian Davis scored 21 points, contributing to Bradley’s triumph over Texas State with a final score of 82-68.

Davis demonstrated excellent shooting skills, making 6 of 10 attempts from the field, which included 4 out of 5 from beyond the arc. He also completed all five of his free-throw attempts, playing a crucial role in the Braves’ (4-1) success. Darius Hannah was another standout performer, scoring 16 points while hitting 6 of 7 shots from the floor, including 3 of 4 from three-point range, and gaining one of three free throws. He further supported his team with seven rebounds. Zek Montgomery contributed 13 points, achieving 5 of 11 shooting overall, 1 of 5 from three-point distance, and 2 of 3 from the line.

On the opposing side, Kaden Gumbs led the Bobcats (2-3) with 19 points alongside two steals. Texas State also saw notable performances from Tylan Pope, who recorded 15 points and seven rebounds, and Tyler Morgan, who added 14 points to the scoreboard.

Davis was particularly effective in the first half, leading his team with 13 points, which helped put the Braves in a strong position at halftime with a score of 44-24. In the second half, he continued to lead his team by adding eight more points.
