In a decisive victory, Saint Mary’s (CA) dominated Division-II Stanislaus State with a score of 78-38 on Wednesday night in Moraga, California. Off the bench, Harry Wessels played a pivotal role, contributing 14 points to help secure the win for the Gaels, who remain unbeaten at 5-0 this season.

Wessels achieved an impressive shooting performance, connecting on 5 of 7 attempts from the field and converting all four of his free-throw opportunities. In addition, Augustas Marciulionis added to the scoring effort with 13 points, hitting 5 of 8 shots, including three successful attempts from beyond the arc. Paulius Murauskas also made his mark by scoring 10 points, finishing the game with an efficient 5 of 7 shooting.

The Warriors struggled offensively, with Will Chavarin leading the team with just seven points. His scoring was matched by Jonathan Tchengang and Jason Cibull, both of whom also contributed seven points each to Stanislaus State’s efforts.
