FAIRFAX, Va. — In an impressive display, Giovanni Emejuru played a pivotal role off the bench, scoring 21 points for George Mason as they triumphed over Coppin State with a final score of 93-55 on Wednesday evening.

Emejuru also grabbed seven rebounds, contributing significantly to the Patriots’ performance, which brought their record to 3-3 for the season. Zach Anderson matched Emejuru’s scoring feat, also netting 21 points while pulling down six rebounds. Jalen Haynes efficiently scored 12 points, showcasing his skills with a shooting performance of 5 of 7 from the field, despite struggling at the free-throw line where he shot 2 of 6.

On the opposing side, the Eagles, who are still in search of their first win at 0-7, saw Toby Nnadozie leading their offensive efforts with 19 points and four steals.
