In a competitive matchup on Tuesday night, Amarri Tice contributed significantly to Quinnipiac’s 74-63 victory over Navy, scoring 16 points.
Tice’s shooting performance included hitting 6 of his 12 attempts from the field, with a successful 2 of 4 from three-point range, showcasing his accuracy and skill.
Additionally, Doug Young added a solid 12 points to the scoreboard, managing to shoot 4 of 9 overall and connecting on 2 of 5 from beyond the arc, while also pulling down five rebounds.
Ryan Mabrey also played a key role, finishing the game with 11 points after hitting 4 of 7 shots and converting 2 of 4 from the free-throw line.

On the other side, Navy’s offense was led by Sam Krist, who finished the game with 15 points and contributed two steals for the Midshipmen, who now hold a record of 1-4.
Jordan Pennick and Austin Benigni added 12 and 10 points, respectively, but it wasn’t enough to secure a win for Navy.
At halftime, Quinnipiac held a narrow lead of 33-31, with Young being instrumental in that lead by adding seven points before the break.
The second half saw Tice stepping up as the top scorer for his team, notching 10 points to help maintain their advantage and ultimately secure the victory.
