COLUMBIA, S.C. — In a dominant performance, Chloe Kitts scored 14 points and grabbed seven rebounds, propelling the top-ranked South Carolina team to a decisive 95-44 victory over East Carolina on Sunday, marking their 42nd consecutive win.

In addition to Kitts, MiLaysia Fulwiley and rookie Joyce Edwards contributed 12 points each, helping the Gamecocks (4-0) achieve a total of five players scoring in double digits, which secured their 61st straight win at home.

Every player who participated in the game made a scoring contribution for South Carolina. The Gamecocks quickly established a commanding 13-0 lead and continued to dominate the Pirates (2-2).

As the lead widened, Coach Dawn Staley took the opportunity to rotate her players extensively, implementing a full-line substitution strategy on two occasions to replace all five players on the court at once.

Amiya Joyner was the standout for East Carolina, pouring in 25 points—just two shy of her personal best—and leading the game with 10 rebounds.
