TULSA, Okla. — Darius Robinson Jr. contributed significantly to Oral Roberts’ performance, scoring 19 points in the team’s commanding 87-52 victory over Haskell from the NAIA on Saturday evening.
Robinson not only showcased his scoring ability but also added three steals to his tally for the Golden Eagles, who are now 2-2 for the season. Sam Alajiki followed up with a solid performance, scoring 13 points and grabbing seven rebounds. JoJo Moore made an impressive contribution as well, hitting five of his eight shots from the field, including two three-pointers, wrapping up the game with a total of 12 points.
On the other side, the Fighting Indians were led by Nehemiah Boykins, who managed to score 12 points throughout the contest. Preston Olney and Trey Gaines each added 11 points to Haskell’s efforts, with Gaines also contributing two steals to his performance.
