STONY BROOK, N.Y. — In a decisive victory on Saturday night, CJ Luster II propelled Stony Brook to a commanding 93-45 win against Saint Joseph’s (Long Island).
Luster showcased an impressive performance, contributing 30 points to the Seawolves’ scoreline while also grabbing nine rebounds. This win improved Stony Brook’s record to 2-2.
Joseph Octave also made a significant impact, adding 15 points to the team’s total and shooting 7 for 14 from the field, with one of his six attempts from three-point range finding the net. Nick Woodard contributed to the success with 11 points, shooting 4 for 9 overall and 1 for 4 from three-point territory, while also pulling down eight rebounds.
