MOBILE, Ala. — In a thrilling matchup on Saturday night, Myles Corey showcased his skills by scoring 28 points, leading South Alabama to a 75-66 victory over Mercer.
Corey’s performance not only highlighted his offensive abilities but also included six rebounds, contributing significantly to the Jaguars’ (2-2) overall efforts.
Judah Brown also made a notable impact, scoring 15 points with an efficient shooting display, going 6 for 9 from the field, including 2 for 5 from beyond the arc, despite hitting only 1 of 3 free-throw attempts.
Barry Dunning Jr. struggled a bit, finishing with nine points on a 4 of 15 shooting performance, but he made sure to clarify his presence on the boards by bringing down 14 rebounds.
