Reports indicated that neighbors reported hearing a loud explosion originating from a company that produces ingredients for carbonated beverages. Aerial footage captured by news outlets displayed significant damage to the building, particularly a large hole in its roof.
According to WLKY-TV, emergency responders have confirmed that at least two victims were taken to the hospital for treatment following the incident.
