Tucker Anderson added to the Aggies’ score with 12 points, although he had a challenging shooting night, making 4 of 12 attempts, including just 2 of 9 from three-point range. Ian Martinez also contributed significantly, finishing with 12 points while shooting 3 of 5 from the field. He was efficient from beyond the arc, making 2 of 4 attempts, and capitalized on his free throws, finishing 4 for 4.
For Alcorn State, Keionte Cornelius was the top scorer with 11 points, while Jalyke Gaines-Wyatt chipped in with 10 points of his own.
Utah State took control of the game early, establishing the lead with 14:14 left in the first half, which they never let slip away.
