GREELEY, Colo. — In a strong season debut, Langston Reynolds shone brightly for Northern Colorado, scoring 21 points to lead the Bears to a commanding 75-55 victory over Colorado College on Monday evening.
Reynolds not only excelled in scoring but also contributed significantly with seven rebounds and four steals, showcasing his all-around game for the Bears, who are now 1-0.
Brock Wisne was another key player for Northern Colorado, adding 15 points to the scoreboard, finishing an impressive 7-of-9 from the field. He also pulled down nine rebounds, making his presence felt on both ends of the court. Additionally, Marcell McCreary contributed 12 points, displaying efficient shooting with 4-of-6 from the field and hitting 3-of-4 from the charity stripe.
For the Tigers, Asher Nofziger and Scott Ruegg led their scoring efforts, each finishing with 12 points. Ty Hendler also contributed with 11 points, helping to keep the game competitive but ultimately falling short against the Bears’ strong performance.
