LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — On Monday, Mwani Wilkinson was a key player for Little Rock, scoring 21 points in their 84-64 victory over Arkansas Baptist.
Wilkinson also contributed significantly on defense with nine rebounds and three steals. Ante Beljan was another standout for the Trojans, adding 15 points with an impressive shooting performance, hitting 6 out of 8 field goal attempts and converting 3 out of 4 free throws. Jordan Jefferson matched Beljan’s scoring output, finishing with 15 points as well, shooting 5 of 13 from the field, including 3 for 8 from beyond the arc.
On the other side, Ryan Gordan had an outstanding game for the Buffaloes, leading his team with 25 points alongside 10 rebounds. Teammate Deaveon Bankston contributed nine points and two steals, while Nate Braden chipped in with eight points and two steals.
This matchup showcased strong performances from both teams, but Little Rock ultimately secured a comfortable victory.
