In a dominant performance on Monday, Utah Valley secured a resounding 92-57 victory against Western Colorado in Orem, Utah.
Led by Tanner Toolson and Hayden Welling, who each contributed 15 points, the team showcased a strong offensive display throughout the game.
Toolson also added to his performance with six rebounds, while Welling displayed exceptional shooting accuracy, going a perfect 7-for-7 from the field.
Dominick Nelson made significant contributions as well, finishing the game with 13 points after hitting 5 of his 6 attempts from the field.
Meanwhile, Carter Welling matched Nelson’s scoring tally, hitting 4 out of 5 shots to also notch 13 points.
For Western Colorado, Tyler Halligan was the standout player, managing to score 10 points but his efforts were not enough to keep pace with the dominant Utah Valley squad.
