During a Friday rally in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, former President Donald Trump vented his frustration over ongoing microphone problems, at one point jokingly suggesting he might take out his anger on the event staff.
The apparent technical glitches led Trump, the GOP presidential nominee, to pause mid-speech as the crowd chanted, “Fix the mic!”
“You’ve got to be kidding,” Trump said, appearing visibly annoyed. “Do you want to see me knock the hell out of people backstage?” He called the situation “pretty stupid” and expressed his irritation over the mishap.

Trump continued his rant, describing how the microphone issues were affecting his performance on stage. “I get so angry. I’m up here seething. I’m working my ass off with this stupid mic,” he said. “I’m blowing out my left arm. Now I’m going to blow out my right arm, and I’m blowing out my damn throat, too, because these stupid people.” His dramatic language and animated gestures showed his growing frustration with the setup.

Criticism Extends to Former Aide, General John Kelly
In addition to the microphone fiasco, Trump took the opportunity to rail against retired Marine Corps Gen. John Kelly, his former chief of staff. This wasn’t the first time Trump has voiced disapproval over Kelly, whom he’s criticized on several occasions for perceived disloyalty and their public disagreements.

The former president also complained about the height of microphone stands at his events, demonstrating his workaround for low setups by moving his head up and down, an act that many in the crowd found provocative.
