Oct. 31 marks the day that trading activities resume following the conclusion of the World Series and the final games of the season.
From Nov. 1 to Dec. 5, baseball franchises in Nippon Professional Baseball are given the opportunity to post players for MLB clubs that may be interested in their talents.
The last day for teams to extend a qualifying offer to their eligible free agent players is on Nov. 4, with the deadline set for 5 p.m. EST.
General managers will convene in San Antonio, Texas, for their meetings from Nov. 4 to Nov. 7.
The announcement of finalists for the BBWAA awards will take place on Nov. 11, followed closely by the unveiling of the Rookie of the Year Awards on Nov. 18.
The owners of the clubs will gather in New York for their meetings from Nov. 19 to 21.
On Nov. 19, players have until 4 p.m. EST to accept any qualifying offers, and teams must file their reserve lists by 6 p.m. EST.

From Dec. 2 to 6, the Major League Baseball Players Association will hold an executive board meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona.
A vote by the Hall of Fame Classic Baseball Committee will be revealed on Dec. 8 in Dallas.
The Winter Meetings are scheduled to occur shortly after, from Dec. 8 to 11, also in Dallas, with the Rule 5 draft set for Dec. 11.
The international signing period will conclude on Dec. 15 at 5 p.m. EST.

As the new year begins in 2025, baseball will see the exchange of salary arbitration figures on Jan. 9.
