During the game, Daniels suffered a right hip flexor strain, which will prevent him from playing in Wednesday’s rematch against Washington. Krejci’s role had become increasingly vital as he filled in for the starting point guard Trae Young following Bufkin’s injury.

On Tuesday, the Hawks reported updates concerning some of their injured players. Bogdanovic underwent a non-surgical procedure on Monday, with plans for reassessment in about four weeks.
