TOLEDO, Ohio — In an exciting college football matchup on Saturday, Bowling Green secured a notable 41-26 win over Toledo, showcasing their defensive prowess by keeping the Rockets scoreless in the final quarter. Connor Bazelak led the Falcons with two touchdown passes, while Terion Stewart added 99 rushing yards with a score.

Toledo appeared to gain momentum when Tucker Gleason connected with Jerjuan Newton for a spectacular 64-yard touchdown pass, allowing the Rockets to take a narrow 29-26 lead with just under nine minutes left in the third quarter. The scoring concluded with Rahkeem Smith’s impressive 19-yard touchdown run for the Falcons, setting the final score at 41-26 with just over five minutes left.
