In Florham Park, New Jersey, Haason Reddick is poised to play his first game with the New York Jets this Sunday against the New England Patriots.
On Friday, interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich confirmed that Reddick would participate in the game after the coaching staff was pleased with his performance in practice throughout the week.

Reddick recently concluded a prolonged contract holdout, returning to the team on Monday, which led to his removal from the Reserve/Did Not Report list.
The NFL provided the Jets with a two-game exemption, allowing them time to evaluate Reddick without activating him right away or making other roster adjustments.
However, it seems that Reddick will be ready to take the field on Sunday, potentially contributing even if only for a limited number of plays.

Ulbrich mentioned on Wednesday that the team had to remain “diligent” in monitoring Reddick’s fitness as the week progressed.
Nevertheless, he expressed confidence that Reddick would be able to make his long-awaited debut versus the Patriots.
