Good news: Gas prices fall before Thanksgiving,Shaking off Inflation and making driving easier

Gasoline has fallen below $ 3 a gallon in most states in the USA in the last days, returning to a national average not seen in years.
Prices at the pump averaged $ 3.16 for regular gas this week, down 11 percent from this time last year. Average prices have already tipped below $ 3 a gallon in 19 states, including the political important swing states of Georgia, North Carolina and Wisconsin.
That made filling up much more affordable than it typically is in the weeks before an election and especially in the days before the travel season of Thanksgiving.
The falling of the gas prices is especially surprising since the war in Ucraine is still lasting on and  the tensions in the Middle East including a possible strike of Israel against Iran and the Iranian oil supplies is still a big political problem.
But worldwide oil prices have slipped more than than 15 percent this year as signs arise that there world will soon have more crude than it needs.
First gas stations in Georgia are selling the gas already for less than $2.70 per gallon. And Donald Trump promises in his campaign appearances that he would reduce gas prices further, even below $ 2.
