WEST POINT, N.Y. — In a commanding performance, Army quarterback Bryson Daily led his team to a 44-10 victory against UAB on Saturday, showcasing his skills with 136 rushing yards, four rushing touchdowns—a personal best—and an additional passing touchdown. This triumph extended Army’s impressive winning streak to 10 games, the longest current streak in the nation.

With this win, Army improves to 6-0 on the season and remains undefeated in the American Athletic Conference with a record of 5-0. Notably, the team has secured victories in its last five home games at Michie Stadium, with their best start to a season since their 1996 campaign, which began with nine consecutive wins.

UAB, struggling this season, fell to a disappointing 1-5 record and 0-3 in conference play. Coming off a heavy defeat to Tulane, where they lost 71-20, UAB found themselves trailing 44-3 before mustering a 90-yard drive that ended with a touchdown in the closing moments of the game.

Army set the tone early, establishing a 27-3 lead before even attempting their first pass. Army linebacker Eric Ford made a pivotal play by sacking UAB’s quarterback Jalen Kitna on fourth-and-goal, just 5:41 before halftime. Shortly after, Daily successfully connected with Casey Reynolds on a 34-yard completion, paving the way for a stunning 50-yard touchdown pass to Reynolds, pushing Army’s lead to 34-3.

UAB had a chance to narrow the gap in their next offensive drive, reaching the red zone, but Army’s Casey Larkin intercepted a pass at the goal line, adding to UAB’s woes. Throughout the season, Army has maintained control without trailing in any game thus far.

For UAB, Kitna completed 25 of 39 passes for 242 yards, contributing one touchdown but also throwing two interceptions during the game.
