Originally an indie band popular in South Asia, Peter Cat Recording Co. has now embarked on a 77-stop world tour titled “Good Luck Beta ’24,” which includes stops in North America, Europe, and India. The band has experienced a rise in popularity since their debut album “Sinema” in 2011, with their 2019 release “Bismillah” garnering global attention.
The band, consisting of Sawhney, Karan Singh, Dhruv Bhola, Rohit Gupta, and Kartik Pillai, maintains a laid-back energy on stage, transitioning seamlessly between songs during their performances. Sawhney emphasizes the importance of unity within the band, likening their dynamic to that of a family.
