Each year, the design of the plaque slightly varies; the 2024 version resembles a silver postcard embossed with the Wimbledon logo, the year, an illustration of the tournament grounds, and the motto “Always like never before.” On the reverse side, it conveys congratulations for competing at Wimbledon and features a depiction of King Charles III. The plaques are presented in a green jewelry box with a message from Baker acknowledging the accomplishment of participating.
