Tom Brady’s $150M Indian Creek mansion could set record

Tom Brady may be parting with his waterfront estate on Florida’s exclusive Indian Creek Island, where property values have surged since Amazon mogul Jeff Bezos moved in.

According to Bloomberg, the former NFL star’s newly built mansion is being privately shown to select buyers, with offers already surpassing $150 million.

A Record-Breaking Sale?

If Brady’s estate sells for $150 million or more, it would set a new record for Miami home sales, eclipsing the $107 million paid by Ken Griffin for a Coconut Grove property in 2022. Brady’s sprawling 2-acre estate, purchased for $17 million in 2020 with his ex-wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, features a two-story waterfront mansion, a gym, a cabana, and a pool.

Indian Creek: A Billionaire’s Playground

Indian Creek Island, often dubbed the “Billionaire Bunker,” has become one of America’s most exclusive enclaves. Property values have skyrocketed, thanks in part to Bezos, who has spent $230 million on three properties there since 2023. An empty lot near Bezos’s holdings is currently listed for $200 million, underscoring the area’s skyrocketing appeal.

Brady’s Future Plans

While the estate isn’t officially listed yet, discussions are underway, and a sale could solidify Indian Creek’s reputation as a hub for ultra-wealthy homeowners. It remains unclear where Brady plans to settle next. However, the seven-time Super Bowl champion has expressed interest in returning to the West Coast, where he owns a 14,000-square-foot Brentwood estate currently under renovation.

Brady, who relocated to South Florida after retiring from the NFL, has also been busy establishing roots in the business world. He recently secured office space in nearby Bay Harbor and purchased a minority stake in the Las Vegas Raiders.

A Landmark Property

Brady’s Indian Creek mansion, completed under his personal design plans, is a testament to luxury living. The property boasts state-of-the-art amenities, including a security building, sport court, and emergency landscaping systems. If sold, it could redefine the luxury real estate market in South Florida.
