Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have shared their 2024 Christmas card, featuring a heartwarming new photo of their children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3. The festive image captures the two youngsters running toward their parents, surrounded by the family’s three dogs, offering a rare glimpse of the couple’s private family life. Notably, both Archie and Lilibet sport their father’s signature red hair.
The card also highlights five additional snapshots of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex from their travels to Nigeria and Colombia earlier this year. The message reads, “On behalf of the office of Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Archewell Productions and Archewell Foundation, we wish you a very happy holiday season and a joyful new year.”
The couple, who are spending the holidays at their Montecito, California home, are celebrating intimately with Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland. Meanwhile, they remain absent from the royal family’s annual Christmas festivities at Sandringham House, marking another year away since stepping down from royal duties in 2020.
Although Harry and Meghan were invited to spend Christmas at Althorp House—Princess Diana’s childhood home—they reportedly declined due to ongoing security concerns following the loss of their tax-funded protection.
The rest of the royal family will gather at King Charles and Queen Camilla’s Norfolk estate for traditional celebrations, including festive meals, gift exchanges, and attending the annual church service at St. Mary Magdalene Church.
