Three men allege in legal filings that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs raped and drugged them.

Three individuals have taken legal action against Sean “Diddy” Combs in New York, alleging that the renowned hip-hop artist drugged and sexually assaulted them.
The anonymous lawsuits were filed in state court and contribute to the growing number of sexual assault claims against Combs, who is already facing federal accusations related to sex trafficking in New York.

Thomas Giuffra, a lawyer representing the plaintiffs, stated that Combs misused his influence and affluence to exploit the victims and subsequently maintained their silence through intimidation.
“This is a long overdue opportunity for the victims to take the power back after carrying the burden of the assaults in silence for several years,” stated Giuffra.
He noted that while the lawsuits cannot revert the harm inflicted upon the men, they empower the survivors to reclaim the dignity that was taken from them by Combs.

Combs, 55, who established Bad Boy Records, has denied the allegations through his legal representatives, labeling the claims as unfounded.
“These complaints are full of lies,” the attorney team asserted, choosing not to provide further details.
They stated their intention to disprove the allegations and seek consequences against any lawyers who they believe are filing false claims.

The allegations date back to incidents that occurred between 2019 and 2022. The plaintiffs, all referred to as John Doe, allege that they were unknowingly served drinks laced with drugs before being sexually assaulted by Combs and others.
Each of the plaintiffs is requesting a jury trial and unspecified monetary damages from the music mogul.

One individual claims he was drugged and raped by Combs in 2020 after meeting him in a suite at the InterContinental hotel in Times Square to discuss owed payments for his work as an employee.
Another accuser recounts a meeting with Combs in 2019 at a Manhattan nightclub, followed by an invitation to an afterparty in Combs’ suite at the Park Hyatt hotel, where he alleges he was also drugged and assaulted.
This accuser reported attempting to fight back but becoming unconscious after consuming the drugged beverage. He later claimed that he was paid $2,500 by someone who had recorded the assault.

The third plaintiff alleges he was drugged and raped by Combs and associates at a party in 2020 at Combs’ estate in East Hampton, New York.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to federal charges accusing him of various forms of coercion and abuse against women over the years.
Prosecutors assert that he utilized a network of colleagues and staff to orchestrate elaborate, drug-fueled sexual encounters that included male sex workers, referred to as “Freak Offs.”
It is claimed that he employed blackmail and violent tactics, such as kidnapping, arson, and physical assaults, to silence his victims.

Although Combs is seeking to be released until his trial in May, he was denied bail for the third time last month and is currently detained in a federal facility in Brooklyn.
