Trump’s Thanksgiving bash: Family, celebrities, and his “adopted son” Elon Musk

President-elect Donald Trump celebrated Thanksgiving in signature style, hosting a star-studded bash at Mar-a-Lago with family, celebrities, and his self-proclaimed “adopted son,” Elon Musk.

The festive evening featured laughter, dancing, and Trump’s iconic rendition of YMCA.

Barron Watches in Amusement as Trump and Musk Steal the Show

Among the attendees were Trump’s wife Melania, daughter Tiffany, son Eric, and Eric’s wife, Lara, who also serves as RNC co-chair.

The president-elect’s youngest son, Barron, looked on in amusement as his father and Musk attempted Trump’s signature dance moves to the Village People classic, much to the delight of partygoers.

Adding to the spectacle was Musk’s spirited mother, Maye, who has been a vocal supporter of her son. In another scene, Musk was spotted chatting with Sylvester Stallone, who compared Trump to the Founding Fathers, dubbing him “the second George Washington” during a similar event weeks earlier.

Social Media Reacts: “Elon Has Moved In!”

Videos from the party quickly made waves on social media, with fans joking that Musk has become a permanent resident at Mar-a-Lago. “Elon has made himself right at home. Looks like he even took Don Jr.’s seat at the table!” quipped one commenter.

Others noted Barron’s reaction to the festivities. “Barron’s like, ‘Okay, have we had enough of this song yet, Father?’” one user wrote.

Musk’s Role in Trump’s Inner Circle

Musk, a key ally in Trump’s successful 2024 campaign, has been a constant presence during the transition period. Dubbed “Uncle Elon” by Trump’s granddaughter Kai, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO was recently tapped to co-lead the new Department of Government Efficiency alongside GOP figure Vivek Ramaswamy.

The move, aimed at cutting government bureaucracy, has drawn both praise and criticism. Musk, whose companies have faced regulatory challenges, has vowed to tackle inefficiency, calling the initiative “potentially the Manhattan Project of our time.”

A Thanksgiving to Remember

The evening wasn’t short on memorable moments. Trump and Musk’s camaraderie was on full display as they shared laughs and even joined opera singer Chris Macchio on stage for an impromptu rendition of God Bless America.

With festivities like these, Trump’s Mar-a-Lago gatherings continue to cement their status as the social epicenter of his political and personal world. Whether as host or headline-maker, Trump shows no signs of dialing down the drama as he prepares to take office.
