The Los Angeles Lakers are the surprise team of the season. After a dramatic 131 – 127 – win against the Sacramento Kings the Lakers have already 3 wins in 3 games at the start of the season – their best season start ever.
LeBron James was once again the heroe of the night with 32 points and Anthony Davis scored 31 points and a triple double.
Earlier in the day the Boston Celtics also had their third win in the third game of the season with 124 – 118 against the Pistons. Tatum had impressive 37 points and is the first MVP of the season.
The surprise team in the East are the Cleveland Cavaliers who have also 3 wins after 3 games with a 135 – 116 against the Wizards.
The Timberwolves (with a 112 – 101 win against the Raptors), the Oklahoma Thunder (114 – 95 against the Bulls) and the Phoenix Suns (114 – 102 against disappointing Mavericks) are on track again with two wins each.
The biggest disappointment in the young NBA-season are the Denver Nuggets who are without a win and 0 – 2. The Nuggets lost Saturday to the surprising strong LA Clippers at home with 104 – 109.
