Not this time: Ivanka Trump chooses family over politics, staying in Florida as her father’s enters campaign finale

As her father, former President Donald Trump, sprints through the final days of his campaign, Ivanka Trump has opted to stay out of the spotlight, keeping her focus on family life in Florida.

With just four days until the election, Ivanka has been noticeably absent from her father’s events and hasn’t been called upon to rally support, a contrast to her prior involvement.

Choosing Family Over Politics

While Donald Trump was three hours behind schedule at a rally in Traverse City, Michigan, Ivanka, 42, was spotted with her husband, Jared Kushner, and their children, Arabella, 13, and Joseph, 11, on their way to synagogue in Surfside, Miami, to celebrate Simchat Torah.

Dressed in a white cotton dress similar to Arabella’s, Ivanka seemed fully committed to her family and faith.

Stepping Back from the Campaign Trail

In 2022, Ivanka announced her decision to forgo a political role, saying, “I love my father very much… but this time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children.”

Unique among her siblings, she’s publicly distanced herself from the campaign, emphasizing a private life in Miami. Her brothers, however, continue to be active campaigners, regularly appearing at rallies and media events to support their father’s re-election bid.

Ivanka’s Past White House Role

Ivanka once served as a key adviser in her father’s administration, leading initiatives on women’s entrepreneurship and speaking at the UN. Now, she appears content with her shift away from politics, focusing on her children and enjoying life in the private sector, while Donald Jr. and Eric Trump take on the role of campaign advocates.
