Although Bill Gates has not officially endorsed a candidate, his ex-wife Melinda French Gates is one of Harris’ top supporters, donating $13 million to Harris-aligned groups. In a July interview, Gates offered positive remarks about Harris, praising her focus on key issues like AI. However, he refrained from giving an outright endorsement, citing his focus on his philanthropic work with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Billionaires Mark Cuban and Elon Musk have become central figures in the 2024 election. Cuban has strongly endorsed Harris, positioning her as the pro-business candidate, while Musk has actively supported Trump. Cuban has framed the contest as “Harris versus Elon,” arguing that Harris is the best choice for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Cuban highlighted Harris’ policies, including her pledge not to raise taxes on Americans earning less than $400,000 and her efforts to reduce healthcare and pharmaceutical costs by targeting pharmacy middlemen. He believes these measures will benefit small businesses and help combat inflation for American households.
