Former President Donald Trump shared on Thursday that his youngest son, Barron, hasn’t yet had a girlfriend. When asked by businessman and podcast host Patrick Bet-David if Barron is “good with the ladies in school,” Trump replied, “I’m not sure he’s there yet. I don’t think he’s had a girlfriend yet.”
Bet-David, surprised by the revelation, remarked, “Really? He’s a good-looking guy,” to which Trump agreed, saying, “He’s a good-looking guy,” while also emphasizing that Barron is more than just his appearance.
Trump praised his 18-year-old son, now a freshman at New York University, noting his intelligence and strong academic performance. “He’s very, very smart. He’s a good student, goes to a great school and does really well,” Trump said. “And he’s a very nice guy.” He added that Barron enjoys his independence but gets along well with others.
Barron, the youngest of Trump’s five children, has largely stayed out of the public eye. His mother, former First Lady Melania Trump, recently shared that Barron is “thriving” at NYU, where he began classes this fall. “He loves his classes and his professors,” Melania said in an interview with Fox News. “He’s doing well and enjoying being in New York City again.”
Trump had previously mentioned that Barron is enrolled at NYU’s Stern School of Business in Greenwich Village.
