Brad Pitt has achieved a major milestone in his ongoing legal battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie, as she has “finally given in” after years of longstanding dispute.
According to In Touch Weekly, the source close to Maleficent star shared that she is moved on from the divorce drama and is focused on her personal life.
The source shared, “She seems really relaxed and happy,” adding, “It’s like she’s turned over a new leaf.”
Notably, Jolie also took a step to resolve issues with Pitt as, using the pseudonym “Jane Doe,” officially dropped a lawsuit against the FBI and the Department of Justice.
The lawsuit was filed in 2022, related to the investigation woes her marriage that led to her divorce with Brad Pitt and aboard a private jet in September 2016.
“Brad’s team has always contended that they both got full reports already and this lawsuit was just another way for her to destroy his reputation,” the source stated.
Referring to Jolie’s approach regarding the continuous legal drama, the source stated, “But it seems she’s finally given in.”
To note, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were divorced in 2019 as they filed the divorce in 2016, which is still pending.
