Here’s a simple guide to cooking a porterhouse steak like Martha Stewart:

Ingredients:

  • Porterhouse steak
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Directions:

  1. Season the Steak
    Lightly sprinkle the porterhouse steak with salt and black pepper. Martha Stewart prefers to keep it simple, using only these two seasonings.
  2. Sear the Steak
