While a final decision has not been reached, OpenAI’s CEO, Sam Altman, has publicly acknowledged the contemplation of a restructuring. Altman clarified that recent high-profile departures within the company, including those of the Chief Technology Officer and other key leaders, were unrelated to the potential shift in structure.
