Ingredients:
- 240g wholewheat fusilli
- Knob of butter
- 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 140g frozen peas
- 2 skinless salmon fillets, cut into chunks
- 140g low-fat crème fraîche

- Small bunch of chives, snipped
Method:
