Following an incident captured on body camera and cellphone videos, where Hill was handcuffed and forced face down on the ground by Miami-Dade Police officers, the reality of encounters like his sheds light on the disproportionate threat or use of force that Black individuals often face during routine stops.
During the encounter, Hill was seen being dragged out of his sports car by an officer, handcuffed, and pinned down with a knee in his back. The situation escalated quickly, with Hill expressing surprise at the rapid turn of events.
