Taylor Swift has demonstrated her supportive role both on and off the football field. According to Garcelle Beauvais, a contestant on Travis Kelce’s upcoming game show Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?, Swift made a surprise appearance on set to support her boyfriend.
Beauvais shared with Entertainment Tonight that Swift visited the set, although she did not personally meet the singer. “I think it’s really sweet,” Beauvais commented on the gesture.
Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? is a Prime Video spinoff of the popular game show Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader?, originally hosted by Jeff Foxworthy and revived by John Cena in 2019. Beauvais praised Kelce’s hosting skills, saying he did a “fantastic” job. She also noted that Kelce was not only professional but also “easy on the eyes,” adding humorously, “I don’t want the Swifties coming for me, though!”
The show will feature various celebrities, including Lala Kent, Sophia Stallone, Nikki Glaser, and Chad Johnson. Swift’s visit comes as she completes the European leg of her Eras Tour, which saw her performing across Europe before returning to the U.S. for more shows in October.
Kelce, who joined his Kansas City team for training camp last month, has been expanding his horizons beyond football. In addition to hosting, he will make his acting debut in Ryan Murphy’s new series Grotesquerie, set to premiere on FX in September.
