The Democratic National Convention’s fourth and final night schedule has been released, featuring Vice President Kamala Harris accepting the party’s nomination for president. The outlined agenda excludes any surprise guest appearances. All times are in Central Time.
Post 5:30 p.m., the lineup includes Rep. Veronica Escobar from Texas, as well as National Education Association President Becky Pringle and American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten.
Following 6 p.m., viewers can expect to see Sen. Alex Padilla of California, former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Marcia L. Fudge, Rep. Ted Lieu of California, Sen. Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin, and various other distinguished speakers.
By 7 p.m., notable individuals such as former Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan, Interior Secretary Deb Haaland, and Rev. Al Sharpton will address the audience.
After 8 p.m., the program includes a performance of the national anthem by The Chicks and remarks by Meena Harris, the vice president’s niece, and Ella Emhoff, the vice president’s stepdaughter.
Post 9 p.m., the night will feature appearances by Actress Eva Longoria, former Rep. Adam Kinzinger, North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper, and ultimately Vice President Kamala Harris taking the stage.
