Sha’Carri Richardson had a remarkable start in the 100 meters at the Olympics in Saint-Denis, France, sprinting to victory in 10.94 seconds and securing a spot in the semifinals. With her distinctive neon green shoes standing out against the vibrant purple track, Richardson dominated the first round race, setting the tone for a thrilling day of track events at the Stade de France. Joining Richardson in the semifinals will be her American training partners Melissa Jefferson and Twanisha Terry. Notably, Eleanor Patterson of Australia and Vashti Cunningham from the United States also secured their spots in the final round with strong performances.
