Ivanka Trump is going back to her real estate roots – she is planning a luxury hotel at one of the most remote places in the world: in Albania at the Mediterranean.
Ivanka Trump’s team confirmed the plans to US LIVE: ‘It is true, Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are developing a hotel complex in Albania.’
The hotel will be run by the high-end luxury group ‘Aman’ and will be situated on a beautiful island on the Mediterranean coast of former communist Albania – between Italy and Greece in Europe.
Albania is – after decades of a very strict communist regime – now flourishing and will become one of the most desirable touristic hotspots in the coming years. It has miles of unspoiled Mediterranean coast, wonderful nature, a fantastic Mediterranean ocean, nearly no building restrictions, and beautiful islands.
On one of the islands, Ivanka will now develop an incredibly beautiful luxury resort with 60 rooms and all amenities. Ivanka acquired this 1,400-acre island on the Albanian ‘Riviera’ for less than 30 million dollars and is planning to invest more than 150 million dollars in the completely high-end and upscale luxury hotel.
The resort will be run by the famous ‘Aman’ group, known for their modern aesthetic luxury hotels.
In terms of food, Ivanka is planning a joint venture with the famous Carbone group.
The hotel is planned to open in 2027 with room prices up to $2,000.
