Just a month after reports circulated about the singer and the Oscar winner listing their mansion for sale—a move that sparked breakup rumors—new details about the property in California have emerged, leaving many amazed.
The house features 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, spread out over a massive approximately 46,000 square feet of total area and 38,000 square feet of air-conditioned space, as per a public listing from Mauricio Umansky’s real estate firm, The Agency. Need more room? Don’t worry.
“In addition to the main residence, there is a separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house, and a two-bedroom guardhouse,” the listing states. “As if that wasn’t enough, there is also a roomy 12-car garage and parking for 80 vehicles, perfect for even the most discerning car collector.”
This listing comes shortly after TMZ revealed that Bennifer, who remarried in 2022 following their early 2000s love affair, originally bought the property for $60,850,000. However, a lot has changed for them since then.
