Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet have finalized their divorce after being separated for years. A Los Angeles County judge’s decision on their marriage dissolution became effective on Tuesday. The actors were married for over seven years, following a 12-year relationship before tying the knot. Bonet, also known as Lilakoi Moon, filed for divorce in January, specifying their separation date as October 7, 2020, over three years prior, with their separation being public since 2002.
The divorce process proceeded swiftly and amicably. The couple reached agreements on asset division, forgoing financial support, and will share joint custody of their 16-year-old daughter and 15-year-old son. Momoa, 44, gained fame for his roles in “Aquaman” and “Game of Thrones,” while Bonet, 56, made a mark in “The Cosby Show,” “A Different World,” and movies like “High Fidelity” and “Enemy of the State.”
This was Momoa’s first marriage, and he has since shared his relationship with Adria Arjona on social media, known for her roles in “Hit Man” and “Father of the Bride.” Bonet, on the other hand, was previously married to rocker Lenny Kravitz and has a daughter, Zoe Kravitz, with him.
