Three individuals were fatally shot over the weekend close to a homeless encampment in Downey, California, authorities confirmed. Police received a report of gunshots around 9 p.m. on Saturday near Interstate 105 in Downey. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered three men with gunshot wounds who unfortunately succumbed to their injuries at the scene. The motive behind the shooting remains unknown, though authorities believe it was an isolated incident. The case is currently being investigated.
